That could be what their plan is. I may be wrong, but I think the client, President Trump, can waive the privilege that attaches to his conversations with his attorney Wood. If Wood is a BH, it would be fun if President Trump recorded all of their conversations so that lies told by attorney Wood after PDJT waives his privilege can be challenged.
