I find that hard to believe.

The guy has been creating diseases and selling cures and taking bribes since the Clinton era. If he’s only worth $11 million he must be terrible at capitalizing on his evil. Or maybe he’s had to pay a lot of kickbacks.
I would think insider trading alone would have made him far richer.
