Brief niacin slide -
All that talk about niacin made me commit to finally start taking it before my pharma-bought-and-paid-for doctor tells me my cholesterol is high. I took only 250 mg 1/2 hour ago and within 5 minutes I thought my hair was going to catch fire. I got so hot I was ditching my clothes, and my hands became very itchy. Then I got the shakes and couldn’t write my name. Lol! It only lasted 20 minutes but it was a wild 20. I still feel warm but I put the ice pack away. Thanks to all for the warnings and advice ... I think.

Not to continue a restarted slide but coincidentally, today I was watching an episode of Three Pines tv from Canada and was surprised to hear a reference to niacin. The victim’s blood test showed high levels of niacin which they said caused her to become heated and that was usually used to detox drugs from one’s system. Off the slide now and going to the swing.
