She did say that her oath “is not absolute”, meaning she can suspend it at any time and do as she pleases; up to and including ignoring both Constitutions.

Seems like that is what she has done...vacated her office by suspending her oath.
Some observant citizen should request the court to step in and rule on this.
To the normal AZ citizen, it appears she has resigned as Governor.

The questions to be posed are:
1. If she suspends her oath and still acts as Governor, are not her acts unConstitutional?
2. If she suspends her duties (and, in doing so, likewise her oath) is she simply allowed to later return as governor, re-activate her oath and move on as if nothing happened?

The court must intervene at this point.
