Ha! I’m visiting the other Cleveland as we speak. I’ve been through the south side of Cleveland TN recently. Not too bad, but I never really ventured into town.
It’s really bad around Paul Huff Pkwy. at exit 27. Multi-storied apartments and hotels going up everywhere. Downtown isn’t bad but 11 (Lee Hwy) going through Cleveland is a nightmare. The closer you get to 75 the worse it gets. I’m glad I retired and don’t have to go through there daily. Athens is catching the overflow
