I was in Haiti when the revolution happened. it was Feburary 8-11 of 1986. Over 5000 were killed and angry Haitians tore apart many buildings thought to be owned by the ton tons.
It all happened because the CIA sent Duvalier back to France and left the country in a vacuum.we now see how well Haiti handles a vacuum of strong leadership
they don't.
