When I had a BoB, I sealed everything in foodsaver bags which makes things fairly waterproof.

A roll of TP sealed in foodsaver bag squishes down to about an inch thick. Good to have in a vehicle.

I wrapped utensils in a kitchen towel and sealed that as well which prevents rattling noise.

I moved to a very rural area and bought a few acres. I have no plan to bug out to any other location on the planet.

A small Bible wrapped in a towel that has an angel blowing a trumpet was another thing I foodsaver sealed.
