Ҥ 2203. Management and custody of Presidential records
(a) Through the implementation of records management controls and other necessary actions, the President shall take all such steps as may be necessary to assure that the activities, deliberations, decisions, and policies that reflect the performance of the President’s constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties are adequately documented and that such records are preserved and maintained as Presidential records pursuant to the requirements of this section and other provisions of law”

I’m amazed at the ease with which they are accomplishing this. The First Amendment seems to have disappeared entirely.
I’m also impressed by their cleverness in doing this in courts that make it almost impossible (or at any rate too slow for real relief) to get to the Supreme Court to mount a challenge to this.
And the GOP is bending over and taking it- as usual
It’s frustrating.
Under the radar is the assault on doctors who oppose Covid protocols and lawyers who represented Trump. In each case the left is going after their licenses. Diabolical.
Sadly, it is not fear of the leftists that drives that decision, it is the knowledge that if I were to do anything to defend my property or myself, law enforcement would not be on my side. That’s the sad reality of this county today.
The Communist left needs to live in fear of the righteous Right. They are soulless, cowards who feign for power and authority. They are still angry our forefathers fought against their heralded KING. And then we Freed THEIR slaves (white and black), then reasserted our right to be free and Glorifying our GOD granted rights. They have NEVER gotten over it, so they took over the democrat party and turned it into the DemonRat party of communists. They’ve been taking over EVERY institution of gubmint, church and every other social organization and turned it into CRAP.
The R party and all its varieties haven’t learned the, “... and then they came for me” lesson.
