Some seem to assume that one can step away from the trial and find an impartial, higher authority that will act in a saner, or rational fashion. Ain’t gonna happen. Could go all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court who will purse their collect lips and decline to hear the case.

As usual, the perps are the ones accusing, indicting, and adjudicating in these Spanish-type tyrannical inquisions against Trump. Leaving the Constitution in shreds.
She needs to be removed from the bench altogether. The fact that she didn’t immediately recuse herself proves she is not fit to be a judge.
Who are the potential replacements if Chutkan is forced out, lkely kicking and screaming? Does the DC jurist pool contain any fair judges?
While I appreciate the justice awaiting in the afterlife, it doesn’t help much in the effort to leave the country a better place for my kids and their kids.

Bingo! That is actually the bottom line.
If she is not removed, MAGA legislators should note very carefully that those managing this particular court system are not able to do so effectively and take appropriate actions.
As a matter of fact, at least in my IMO, based on the standing record the burden is now on those legislators to move forward and take action. After all, such is in their job description and is the reason we pay them.
