I watched it several times. No difference from the other angles. The plane disappears into the building and no debris sliding down the side of the building. That’s all I’m going to say. Look at it with a critical eye and turn off the emotions for a minute. Then see what you think.

The plane was going upwards of 400mph, it disintegrated upon impact. There’s all kinds of fine debris raining down the side of the building. It wasn’t going to be like Wile E. Coyote smacking against a canyon wall and sliding down into a heap.
At 500 MPH or so the plane is not hitting a SOLID wall of steel. The mass of the plane drives into and cuts through the external framework and most of the the fuselage and wings is driven through the opening.

Here is information posted here on F/R on a number of things including the effect of heat on steel over time. (It deforms and loses strength and sags.)
