The small 3rd party vendors cause me the most grief. They arent in good comms with Amazon and it shows.

A UPS Store clerk gave me this number to Amazon Customer Service recently when I was trying to return an assembled item that could not be disassembled...

I called it. Got quite decent customer service actually.
