CV NEWS FEED // The parents of four female students sued a Michigan school district for a pro-“trans” policy that allowed boys to use the girls’ bathroom at school.
According to National Review, the suit was filed “in the district court for the Western District of Michigan last week.” It accuses “the district, its superintendent, assistant superintendent, and two principals of seven civil rights and Title IX violations.”
The lawsuit accused the district of “the intentional violation of children’s fundamental right to bodily privacy contrary to constitutional and statutory principles, including the Fourteenth Amendment.”
“Although Plaintiffs are hard-working, high achieving students,” the suit said, “the school has discriminated against them and violated their privacy rights by allowing male students to dress as girls and use the girls’ multi-user private restrooms and locker rooms.”
The suit continued:
In some situations, it has caused Plaintiffs and other biologically female students to be fearful, to stay away from the girls’ restrooms and locker rooms, to hold their urine the entire day, and on at least one occasion cause one of the Plaintiffs significant embarrassments during her menstrual cycle because she was fearful of using the girls’ restroom.
National Review provided more background information on the case:
When female students informed administrators at Vicksburg High School that there were males exposing themselves in the restroom, the administrators said, “It’s fine,” adding that the female students should “tolerate it” and make the situation as “natural” as possible. School officials told the girls to “look away,” according to the lawsuit.
On one occasion, a biological male “stared down” one of the female students in a “threatening manner, as if [she] was the one in the wrong restroom, causing [her] to fear for her safety.”
The school board president responded to the situation, stating:
The district recognizes that providing students with a safe and supportive educational environment is of the utmost importance. The district’s policies prohibit discrimination, bullying and harassment on the basis of sex, which includes sexual orientation and gender identity.
School policies that allow male students who “identify” as “trans” have received more scrutiny from parents in the past few years. Many parents were especially alarmed following the rape of a 15-year-old female student by a skirt-wearing male student in the girls’ bathroom of a Loudoun County, Virginia school. The local school board there was outspokenly in favor of “trans” policies at school.
The rape and the Loudoun County school board’s subsequent cover-up of the incident became a national news story in 2021 and helped bring the fight for parental rights to the forefront across the country. It was also considered a turning point in helping Republican Glenn Youngkin win that year’s Virginia gubernatorial election.
It’s an astounding testament to our times that parents must sue to restore civility to education.
Being Catholic, I can say that the church has a history of abusing women and children.
This is nothing new.
Amazing how the bedrock concept of “right to privacy” that enabled abortion becomes secondary to perversion.
School district officials, including its superintendent, assistant superintendent, and two principals should be tried, convicted, and sentenced to prison for child abuse.
H/T Ronald Reagan: If they don’t see the light, make them feel the heat.
From a quick look at this article I don't see anything on this post about the school being Catholic, it appears this school is a public school. What kind of surprises me Vicksburg, MI appears to be a rural city. I wouldn't expect this from a rural city but anyway the School board most of allowed it for fear of lawsuits, It is bull crap like this that will cause more parents to send their kids to private schools and/or home school their kids. I hope this humanistic God hating non sense in our country only lasts a generation, like Hitlers NAZIism did, but my gut feeling is it is going to last longer then that. Last comment, and to get back to the Catholic part, maybe most of the population is Catholic in this town/city.
The lawsuit reads
“…allowing male students to dress as girls and use the girls’ multi-user private restrooms and locker rooms.”
Now that is just plain telling it like it is. Refreshing to see that.

I wanna know why someone isn’t taking these retards out behind the school and beating the shit out of them.
Exactly, where are the male classmates protecting these girls?
The parents of these “ boys” should be sued and restraining orders sought on any boy that menaces a girl. Lets get to the source.
Real boys and men would organize a safe space for those girls…maybe letting them use the mens room under guard at the door. Thats what my HS class would have done.
The super / principal can be recalled.
If they are not put up for recall, then the community supports this behavior.
"If you don't allow boys to do it to girls, then don't allow girls to do it to boys."
A simple message that no one could object to, if men had the guts to demand it.
Or why brave parents aren’t using the Democrat tact of threatening the families of the school board. It seems to be very effective with the pols in the Capitol in DC.
