I told Beau this morning that if we ever stop at Denny’s again, we need to sit right in the MIDDLE of the restaurant, away from the windows and doors.
That way, we can be killed in a raging grease fire, or be shot in the crossfire and it will all be over more quickly. ;)
A perfect day!
Surviving Denny's without a robbery or a walkout that leads to a restaurant fight.
Boy, I sure miss the Poppin Fresh (IIRC) chain of restaurants from when the Babe and I were first married.
Apparently, when cleaning out my MILs home in West St Paul, her sisters found a small collection of pie tins from the days when you paid a dollar deposit on the tin.
No one ever admitted to throwing them out, so ... where did they go to?
There are a lot of people driving way to fast these days since traffic enforcement is not a priority for the cops. Maybe the driver had a heart attack upon seeing some actual rain after 3 months of drought.
One foot on the gas
And one on the brakes!
The customers had a Heche of a time at Denny's.
There’s too much traffic
and I can’t pass, no
Guitar riff.....
Oh yeah, the Red Rocker
