But the homeless group broke inside and have now left hundreds of pounds of human feces which the city has to deal with as part of a cleanup. Why, did the city buy or seize the property? The bank owns it and is responsible to ensure it does not become a public problem.
Starting fining the bank daily and you will see the placed cleaned up in 48 hours.

They remind me of zombies - they just ooze into a place, take it over, and destroy it.
I think there needs to be reservations set aside for them - coexistence with them is impossible at best - won’t be long till some of them get hurt or turn up
missing - it’s inevitable that there will be a cathartic happening - not only with the homeless but also with the transgenders - going to hell in a handbasket we are.

I know with certainty that there are plenty of guns, backhoes and empty spaces in Wyoming. Why don’t they use them? More people than this have disappeared in Maui and it doesn’t seem like a big deal to many.

In Wyoming?
No place is immune.
I live in nw Arkansas. It used to be that vagrants-with-help-signs showed up at local intersections during the holidays.
More recently, they have been showing up at non-holiday times.
Some seem healthy, able-bodied. [I suspect panhandling pays more than some jobs.]
