I've read Revelation several times and see no need for a rapture.

Why then isn't the church mentioned on earth between the time John sees his vision(s) of the tribulation in Rev 4 until Christ returns in Rev 19? The word church does appear in the book about 19 times depending on translation but never during the actual tribulation events described in Rev 4 - Rev 19.
