There used to be a wonderful seasoning called Angel Dip that was the perfect addition. Can't find the stuff anymore.
Went looking for Angel Dip and just found a cream cheese and marshmallow fluff dip which I do not think is what you meant.

“The history of Angel Dip, as far back as I can remember (mid-1960s), is it was originally produced by ‘House of Herbs’ in Passaic, NJ. (I still have a couple of jars, sadly emptied long ago of their contents.)”
“Sometime in the mid ‘70’s Pulaski Brands of Clifton, NJ took over some of the ‘House of Herbs’ products, including Pink Poppy Dip, Danish Dill Dip, Pepper Upper, Dip Delight and, the most coveted of all, Angel Dip. In 1986 I order 30 jars of Angel Dip and few jars of their other dips as family Christmas presents... they still talk about it to this day. LOL!”
“I just called ‘Herbal House’ (74 Mt. Airy Road, Bernardsville NJ 07924, (UPDATE: 908-953-0863 (ask for Stan)... a woman answered with just a “Hello...?” and my heart sank, thinking I’d reached a re-assigned home telephone number. Arrgh...”
“But I persevered... and yes, this is the phone number for ‘Herbal House’ and yes, they do produce the original ‘House of Herbs’ Angel Dip, along w/ all the other dips, too. :-)”
“They don’t have a web site nor do they accept credit cards, so be prepared to provide a FAX phone # or your address to receive their brochure.”
