Improving recruitment
That'll do for a starter.1. Establish NATIONAL SECURITY as the military's only objective.
2. Seperate men and women into completely different branches of the military.
3. Eliminate all WOKE policies, especially those which interfere with Suggestion #1 (vide supra).
Kill people and break their things.
The solutions are both obvious and also career-ending for anyone who dares to voice them.
Warriors are increasingly uninterested in serving in a feminized and freak-friendly military which is increasingly likely to send them to die in worthless causes.
The communists know that they need to purge the conservatives from the military and that is exactly what is happening.
Unless the USA rids herself of the woke madness that has driven her into insanity, she will fall.
This is as certain as the rising of the sun in the morning.
Sane Americans are constantly looking for a safe haven. No one wants to be in a collapsing house, no matter how beloved, when it falls. The signs are everywhere of the decline and impending fall of the USA. The madness must stop! This is the only way to save America--the only way to reverse the decline and prevent the fall.
The USA MUST be saved and preserved. Our forefathers left us a priceless heritage. We are squandering it in favor of self-indulgence and madness. We MUST stop.
The American People MUST repudiate and reject the woke insanity and return to sobriety and healthy government. This is the ONLY way. We can, and we must.
Pray that enough Americans will understand what's happening and insist on a healthy and sane America, before it's too late.
Go back to not allowing freaks in the military.

Those aren’t stars, they’re sequins.
Radio stations in the LA and San Diego area are running tons of commercials with recruits speaking in broken English with thick accents telling potential recruits about all of the diverse friends you can make in the Army.
Do what people who are fat, rich and lazy have done since ancient times—Hire Mercenaries to fight for you. Lots of Latin Americans will fight for Citizenship and gold. Hire the Cartels to do our dirty work. This worked out so well for Later day Roman, Carthage, and Italian City States.
That’s what we’re using Ukrainians for.
Remember the Jack Webb movie, “The D.I.”? It was about a tough as nails USMC Drill Instructor and the harsh training he gave to his recruits.
It still influences USMC recruits to this day. However, the USMC has moved on, so instead of tough discipline, for punishment they are threatened with “demerits”.
The recruits don’t like it. They *wanted* the harsh discipline. They wanted to be “whipped into shape”.
The reason the USMC gave for this is that today, Marines must use all sorts of complex, high tech equipment, so much of their training is done in the classroom, not slogging through mud.
Oddly enough, the Army, with its superior numbers, also points out a glaring issue. Only 1 in 16 or so soldiers can be a Combat Arms. The other 15 are either Combat Support or Combat Service Support. The Army figured out that the “15” act as “combat multipliers” for the 1, and are better used for that purpose.
It goes to mission accomplishment and minimizing casualties.
I make it out to Camp Pendleton, CA a few times a month.
The haircuts, mustaches, sloppy uniforms, and poor fitness are indicators of reduced discipline.

Actually, that started in the mid 1960's. I finished my last 3 years of Navy Reserve as a 2nd class enlisted sailor during that period of time.
We didn't wear uniforms. It was suggested to me by my CO that, I grow a mustache and only get my hair trimmed without sidewalls.
They didn't want us getting mugged or starting fights with the so called Peaceniks!
