Hey! Here's an idea:

1. Establish NATIONAL SECURITY as the military's only objective.

2. Seperate men and women into completely different branches of the military.

3. Eliminate all WOKE policies, especially those which interfere with Suggestion #1 (vide supra).

That'll do for a starter.
