Maybe. But there's an awful lot of tinder thrown on the floor and the right spark could start a conflagration. With Trump's indictments they are inching closer and closer to criminalizing political opposition, and you should read what the left is saying about the right: we're basically all criminals or animals that need to be put down.

A few well placed assassinations and the regime would go crazy trying to confiscate firearms and lockup their political opposition.
