A Colorado schoolboy has been kicked out of class for having a Gadsden Flag patch on his backpack – despite the governor calling it a 'proud symbol of the American revolution'.
Footage shows Jaiden, 12, and his mother talking to an administrator from The Vanguard School who claimed that the flag had 'origins with slavery.'
The staffer claims that the patch was 'disruptive to the classroom environment,' as she claimed it has 'origins with slavery.'
He was told that the patch, which has 'Don't Tread on Me' emblazoned on it along with a rattlesnake, was against the district's policy and he was not allowed to go back to class without removing it.
The pupil was told by the administrator: 'So the reason that they do not want the flag – the reason we do not want the flag displayed – is due to its origins with slavery, and the slave trade.
'The bag can't go back if it's got the patch on it, cause we can't have that in and around other kids.'
But his mother was quick to defend her son, claiming that the flag originally comes from the American Revolution as a symbol of the 13 colonies' fight against the British Crown and did not promote slavery.
She can be heard in the video saying: 'It has nothing to do with slavery, that's like the revolutionary war patch that was displayed when they were fighting the British.'

Some of them are definitely not the sharpest tools in the shed, but I don’t think they are as dumb as they are wokely entitled.
Whenever they want to get the upper hand, they invoke the race card. This teacher probably thought they could get away with it because it wouldn’t become big news. They’d get the kid in trouble and they’d feel proud of themselves.
But their idiotic ploy was exposed.
Now, the real question is, why invoke to race card against this symbol?
In other words, what is it that they are really afraid of?
Is it free and fiercely independent minded people?
If a liberal talks about slavery and how America should be condemned by it, just mention that the socialism that liberals want is a slave system. If slavery back then was wrong, then what liberals want is wrong.
They see ANY display of patriotism as “racist” because they have been taught to hate the US. A lot of them believe that slavery didn’t exist until the American colonies were estaslished.

Per wikipedia, Gadsden made his money in mercantile trade, bought back the rice plantation lost by his father, and owned slaves related thereto. The Gadsden Flag was a symbol of resistance to British rule over the colonies.
It s interesting that the race-obsessed left plays the 5 degrees from Kevin Bacon game with everything they find convenient to link it to slavery. Since everything and everyone on Earth can be fitted to that Procrustean bed, it means nought. The teacher obviously opposes Liberty.
The teacher needs to be thrown out of the school.

The student should arrange for someone (like Ben Shapiro) to speak at a school assembly, with all teachers in the front row.
Then they have to pass a test on the speech in order to keep their job.

No, that’s just another case of them doing what your post states. Using the term “biological male/female” implies there are other kinds. I won’t accept that. We have to openly and loudly ridicule their abuses of the language.
