They tried that near a small town--Nixon, Nev., which has a population of about 400. It's not like San Francisco, where cops stand around and watch motorists being carjacked.
I believe that drawing down on those people is meant to drive
home how serious the officers are, and that the perps should
not try to grab something and try to strike the officers.
Only when law enforcement telegraphs they aren’t going to
mince words with these people any longer will this type of
thing end.
These people are preventing others from going about their
business. They don’t know if there is any semi-serious
situation they don’t know about. They are just
arbitrarily deciding that only they have any rights.
The right to express your views, does no allow you to
interrupt everyone else’s life.
These people are not exercising their legitimate rights.
They are destroying everyone else’s rights.
