I doubt this fire was started by the Deep State or anyone else but the "authorities" sure as hell took advantage of it to clear out an area. The water controller's action can only be at least 2nd degree mass murder or maybe mass manslaughter?. First reports is that he failed to turn the emergency water on but it turns out he turned it off at first reports of fire and then refused to turn it on for 5 hours for "equity concerns" whatever that means. The police maybe more like first degree mass murder.

I have a hard time thinking the police tried to harm citizens
