Ish. The math between spherical size and how it looks as a “disk” is a little complicated (meaning I forgot the formula and don’t want to do the math). But basically if the moon is the size of a quarter in earth’s sky then the earth should be about the size of a silver dollar in the moon’s sky. Bigger but not HUGE, the two bodies just aren’t that different in size.

Atmospherics will have an effect on the optics. We have a lot and the moon has virtually none.
