The United States believes that Russia seeks to regain its influence on public opinion and manipulate it, at the same time concealing the work of its secret services.
Specifically, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) secretly used allies within nominally independent organizations to spread propaganda and develop ties with new leaders. This is an effort designed to last for an extended period.

So far several dozen Russians are reported to have been killed or wounded.

Given that an average tent can accommodate 20 fighters, this could mean that Belarus could leave about 2,020 Wagner members out of the 5,000 mercenaries currently stationed there.
The current possible location of the Wagner warriors is unknown. But satellite images show no signs of similar camps being set up at other Belarusian training sites or military units. On the other hand, the departure of Russian mercenaries from Belarusian territory is also recorded by the Ukrainian border guards.
