They also don't tell girls that, after about 5 years on Testosterone, their uterus may become necrotic and have to be removed. Their physicans were not tracking the health of these girls over time and gave no warning or recommendation to check for that. One well known trans almost died from that side effect.
I watched an interview with a young lady with male pattern baldness and a very deep voice - both of which were permanent. She de-transitioned and was learning to live with the reaction she received from people to her appearance/voice. Like many de-transitioners, she seemed stuck between the two genders. She was now a female with conspicuously male traits which posed a barrier to dating/marriage/family let alone feeling like she fit in with other girls/women.
