As I have said, over and over again, the FDA does not have the authority to regulate prescribing of licensed drugs UNLESS the license is issued with restrictions.

The ivermectin license is not restricted (it is very rare for a license to carry a restriction), so it has always been legal to prescribe ivermectin for COVID.

I recall posting a thread featuring the regulatory industry that controls accreditation of pharmacists threatening pharmacists who actually fill a prescription for Ivermectin. Their conduct, pharmacists were told, would trigger serious concerns about their professionalism resulting in an investigation. All the regulatory agencies are lock step weaponized re Ivermectin.
