Downed power lines caused by the electric company spending all its maintenance money of climate change crap, failure to clear the brush near the power lines, and some idiot water worshipping bureaucrat keeping water from the fire department and some other idiot diversity hire emergency management head refusing to sound the sirens.
It was a perfect storm of D.E.I. incompetence.
