Think about for one second, in places like Florida where I live we have 67 counties and Duval my county has dozens of precincts, to have access to voting machines assuming this network was used means any voting machine accessed would need a cellular modem otherwise the network access is meaningless, then assuming the machines had cellular modems the government would need access credentials for literally any 10s of thousands of machines
