This happens everywhere mail in voting took place. Not to mention that 85% of postal workers are democrats. You had a Trump sign in your yard and a mail in ballot in the mailbox!? It never got there!

Cheating was because of Mail in voting!
I worked Oregon elections. We were given stacks of voted ballots to “ENHANCE”.
We used a pen to mark the oval darker “ for machine reading”. I caught democrats marking another oval and tossing the entire vote as an OVERVOTE.
These are the numbers we need!
An overvote occurs when one votes for more than the maximum number of selections allowed in a contest. The result is a spoiled vote which is not included in the final tally.
