Now that President Trump has been indicted in Georgia, a Fulton County judge could do what all judges do, which is jail his court's defendant until trial date.
Such an act would send shockwaves through the Trump Campaign, the 2024 election, and America. The Fulton County judge could decide to jail President Trump ensure that Trump doesn’t leave Atlanta or Fulton County.
Here’s why.
In criminal cases in Fulton County, Georgia – as well as in such cases throughout our nation, judges who officiate at the arraignment portion of a trial routinely order alleged criminals held in custody, in jail, until their case comes to trial. This occurs when the presiding judge determines that the loss of any amount of money would not be a deterrent against to the charged potential criminal taking flight from Fulton County, Georgia.
Currently, there are more than 400,000 to 500,000 people – the number varies, depending on the source – charged with crimes who are being detained pre-trial, even while they are still “legally” innocent. Many are jailed because they can’t afford the bail. There are hundreds of thousand cases where the judge set an exceptionally high bail just to ensure they cannot flee the jurisdiction.
However, pre-trial detention also applies to those charged who are deemed a flight risk, regardless of how high – or low – bail is set. There are even no-bail situations – where prisoners are held just to make sure they don’t disappear into the woodwork of our jammed-up legal system.
Now consider the following:
Former President Donald Trump is not a resident of Georgia. His primary residence is in Palm Beach Florida, at Mar-A-Lago, while his secondary residence is in Trump Tower in Manhattan. This makes Trump a “flight risk,” at least in the narrow definition...

When our side started to make a fuss, jan 6th happened. And the left is still hitting us over the head with it. And they are about to put Donald Trump in jail. He will be convicted and he will be removed from multiple state ballots, in effect fully derailing his candidacy.
AND NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT.

Jailing Trump has been the DS agenda all along and I’m betting that judge is being strongly pressured to do just that. In addition, apparently there is no chance of a pardon in Georgia, by their state laws (as seen on Newsmax last night). So if this judges so deems it, Trump is toast.
I think it’s time for everyone to contact their congress-critter and reps in an urgent manner to let them know how displeased ‘We, the People’ will be should this happen. A massive communications event needs to occur, a vocal “rising up” and overloading their phones and email addys, so to speak. That’s what needs to happen. Only question is...
will it happen?
Doing so would interfere with the SS ability to adequately protect Trump. This is a battle Fulton County shouldn’t want…

She has been very quiet. With 18 codefendants each facing 20+ years in prison and a bunch of named unindicted coconspirators there’s a huge incentive to flip.
The Left thinks it can keep winning the Presidency by indicting Trump yet all they are doing is making him more popular and more powerful.
They can't stop because that would be tacit acknowledgment that it's all political (which it is and everyone knows it).
So on and on it goes...and where it stops, nobody knows.
There is one bright spot though. No one ever thought that the Marxist army would be so stupid. They're lethal alright. But, damn, they are so stupid.
Why call Congress? This is a state prosecution, Congress had no power here.

The thing here is that many of those indicted are members of the bar. Conviction means disbarring. That is not something many lawyers are willing to risk.
They will flip, settle for misdemeanors, and take a suspension of their license.
Trump isn’t going to be able to keep his cats in line.
