This is getting very interesting. Some of these IRS agents couldn’t even find where citizens were required to file income taxes. If true, it’s fraud & it is compliance through intimidation.

They list some case law at the link. They list court imposed penalties and the sanctions for the Tax Lawyers who argued no need to pay taxes, etc.
