The teenager who fatally stabbed O’Shae Sibley for dancing at a Brooklyn gas station will be prosecuted on hate crime charges as an adult, officials announced Thursday.
Dmitriy Popov was indicted Thursday for second-degree murder as a hate crime for allegedly stabbing Sibley while the professioanal dancer was voguing to a Beyonce song in Coney Island, according to officials and court records.
Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez announced that the 17-year-old accused killer will be tried as an adult in the youth sector of the Supreme Court.
Gonzalez did not name Popov as the murderer, but records show he was arrested and arraigned for the hate-fueled attack.

“Professioanal” - truth in typos.
Why they’re really nailing the perp’s ***...
Oh, here’s a good one...
Well, he got one out of three right. He's male.
The *good* and *Christian* are up for grabs.
“Muslims may have something to say about that.”
I suspect if there is one Muslim on the jury, they will never get a conviction on the hate crime. I would never vote for a hate crime conviction because it is double counting a crime. If you murder someone you either hate them by definition or you can’t prove one murder had a hate component and another didn’t.
Jumping around like a bunch of
I agree that the difference is pointless. If you kill someone for anything other than self defense it would appear to be a hate crime.
Winner 🏆🏆🏆
Dancing?
Total BS.
The prog “news” media doesn’t mention that the “dancing” was really prancing around in the gas station parking lot with his dick hanging out.
They will not show this either.

Bill Cosby’s son was murdered by a Soviet immigrant, a Russian I think (but maybe a Ukrainian).
Democrat extremest set up the concept of ‘hate crimes’ so they could create ‘thought crimes’ down the road... those are the worst of totalitarian laws in any given hellhole.
It’s time to give these up....
Sny crime against another is an abridgment of that persons rights. To pretend we can dertrmine the ‘feelings’ of the criminal and how strange or deep those ‘feelings’ are is insane. No one can see in the black box.
