Once upon a time, I was in the front yard when my wife came around the coner on her lawn tractor screaming that snakes were falling from the sky. Turn out she made a very tight pass around the base of a tree in the back yard which frightened a black rat snake out of the tree.
By the time I got in the back yard the snake was gone.
