“an ice cream truck at about 9:40 p.m”
I don’t remember ice cream trucks being running through my neighborhood at 9:40pm in the society I grew up in.

I don’t remember ice cream trucks being running through my neighborhood at 9:40pm in the society I grew up in. I remember an ice cream truck going down my street at about 10PM on Christmas Eve one year. This was in the 70's. Parents were not amused but no one got shot over it.

Ice cream trucks run as late as 10 PM in the Pocatello area in July. The sun sets at 9:12 PM with plenty of twilight through 10 PM. Fireworks on 4th of July do not commence until 10:15 PM when the western sky ceases glowing.

I recently saw a story about an ice cream truck whose owner was dealing large quantities of drugs from it.

Yeah, that’s a bit late for an 8 yo and an ice cream truck but that’s no excuse for the monster running out and shooting her. But who shot him? Doubt he’s going to recover or recover much since no charges have been filed. Send him on the fast track way down below.
