The decades-long saga of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) is barreling headlong toward one of two stunning conclusions.
Either the U.S. government has mounted an extraordinary, decades-long coverup of UFO retrieval and reverse-engineering activities, or elements of the defense and intelligence establishment are engaging in a staggeringly brazen psychological disinformation campaign.
Either possibility would have profound implications for democracy, the role of government and perhaps also humanity’s place in the cosmos.
For these reasons, it is imperative that Congress and federal law enforcement agencies devote significant resources to investigating a series of remarkable UFO-related developments.
Importantly, a third explanation for recent events — that dozens of high-level, highly-cleared officials have come to believe enduring UFO myths, rumors and speculation as fact — appears increasingly unlikely.
In June, U.S. Air Force veteran and former intelligence official David Grusch alleged that elements of the U.S. government have secretly and illegally overseen a decades-long UFO retrieval and reverse-engineering effort. Two defense officials corroborated the broad contours of Grusch’s stunning claims.
Grusch has stated that he provided a wealth of highly classified evidence to the powerful internal investigative agencies overseeing the Department of Defense and the U.S intelligence community, but he has not presented any such evidence publicly.
However, the officials and lawmakers who have reviewed Grusch’s classified evidence are taking his extraordinary allegations seriously.
The inspector general of the intelligence community deemed Grusch’s allegations that UFO-related information was inappropriately concealed from Congress “credible and urgent.” Senate Intelligence Vice Chairman Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) confirmed the inspector general’s finding.

So the Table of Elements is complete and there will be no additions to it? What about the elements added over the last 30-40years? Are they just made up?
I think there are a couple of interestng paths that often come up regarding the potential for aliens:
1) It's not scientifically possible. This assumes that already know everything there is to know about science, the universe, time...essentially everything. This approach is of course completely false from the start.
Or
2) On the religious side, the belief that aliens can't possibly exist. But they'll hold onto the belief of winged angels, thank you very much. When there is no actual physical evidence of angels existing either.
Or
3) They don't exist...unless of I've had a six-pack, and there's a late-night radio show I can call into.
They didn't seem malevolent and he just assumed they were from God.
The Bible warned us explicitly NOT to communicate with anything from the spirit realm unless we are absolutely certain that it is from God. No necromancy, no seances, no praying to dead parents, no participation in occult activity, no praying to idols, no use of witches or seers, etc., etc., etc. The reason for this, as you know, is that it opens a portal to the demonic.
This was the leap of faith that Chris took.
In his book, UFO of God, he is in constant prayer (i.e., communication) with these orbs and The Lady. He never invokes the Name of Jesus. Ever!
Chris made a naive assumption ... But he never tested them by using any Biblical discernment or demanding that they prove their provenance vis-a-vis God and the Name of Jesus.

Why is it necessary to invoke the name of Jesus? Millions of people in the Christian faith do not always invoke Jesus - many invoke the Lady (Mary).

I read a recent religious take on alien life that was posted here on FR. It made some good points, one of which was that the bible says God created Heaven and Earth, not Heavens. So that persons take was that God was in heaven with his peeps and we all occupy the earthly plane. That lead into him saying would other life be held accountable for the mistakes Adam and Eve made.
It’s an interesting topic to discuss. Still, until I see it for myself, touch the hardware myself, of take a ride to another system, I will remain dubious. Besides how can we believe anything the government says?

This “distraction” concept fails for one huge reason. Since 2008 the criminals have been blatantly and openly doing as they like unchecked while shoving “What are you going to do about it” in our faces.
So going to a whole bunch of trouble to create an elaborate distraction like this would serve no purpose or prevent them from continuing to openly flaunt and commit crimes.

Eden was another dimension and not an actual physical place on Earth. Adam and Eve were cast from that dimension.

I'm right there with you. I would even lump major religions into that mix as well.
There are a lot of historical questions that still cannot be answered:
! 1) the pyramids 2) structures such as Gobleki Tepi 3) Mayan understanding of time 4) ancient peoples depiction of our solar system 5) fill-in-the blank
What governments and religions depend on is their control of the narrative. If we confirm that extraterrestrials do exist, what does that mean about history and/or the narratives we've been fed?
Some may point to the argument that if Liens exist, then it means God/s do not. I don't accept that premise, but others will. Likewise, having confirming the existence could shift the thinking in areas such as paleontology, archeology, etc. Using the pyramids as an example, we are expected to believe an ancient people were able to build a near perfect structure by rolling blocks of stone around on logs, that also happens to be aligned with certain celestial items? Yet today, we are unable to replicate that. And there have been attempts to prove that theory out, and they failed.
