In particular, the weak loyalty between commanders and soldiers is one of the most important reasons for this situation. However, some nations are not as close to the art of war as one might think. Therefore, these nations do not have sufficient discipline by nature. This is also the case in the Russian army.

This image shows an incident between a Russian commander and a Chuvash soldier serving in the Russian army. And what was this incident? One of them is Chuvashia. Many civilians from Chuvashia were also forcibly recruited into the Russian Armed Forces with the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine.
