The Left got everything that they could get out of ordinary homosexuality as a political organizing tool. Homosexuality is pretty much accepted and homosexuals are no longer an oppressed minority in need of subsidized housing and affirmative action, so the Leftists had to invent a new category of the oppressed that can never achieve equality for obvious reasons.
Or they can rewrite his books, as they're doing with the old classics by removing "hurtful" words.
With modern digital AI, they can even redo his videos so he'll sing the opposite of what he originally sang.
