People are focusing on her diet and ignoring her CHOLERA which is a bacterial infection of the intestine that kills by diarrhea and dehydration. It’s mostly a 3rd world disease and is spread by feces contaminated drinking water. These days it’s easily treated with antibiotics and intravenous hydration. Cholera is extremely rare in the U.S. but not so much in southeast Asia where she liked to hangout.
Exactly.
But dying from cholera does not make as sensational headlines.
OTOH, if it does convince someone to NOT follow her diet because they attribute her death to that, I’m not going to complain much.
