In the context of US politics, the word "bipartisan" means stupid AND evil. Bipartisan support for anything is sort of rare.
In the absence of any sort of an external force, you'd probably never see anything more than a 60/40 split in the US senate on anything. Even a sense of the senate resolution on the proposition that the sky is blue or that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west.
The near total support for Zelensky and the hohonazi regime in Kiev strongly indicates the presence of an external force, i.e. a gargantuan international blackmail system.
