We do eat a lot of avocados when we can get them on sale.
For people who worry about them going bad, pop them in the fridge. To ripen them, put them in a paper bag on your counter.
They freeze nicely as well.
Our favorite way of eating them fresh is in salad. Avocado, tiny tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, Sazon, salt and lime juice.
