At today's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) grilled Judge Karoline Mehalchick, nominee to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, about the several reversals of her decisions.

The list of her reversals, according to Kennedy, is "longer than King Kong's arm"
We have to thank God that we have a somewhat competent SCOTUS, but she's going to cause a lot of undue stress and pain for some poor schmuck, if she's confirmed.
I will say one thing, her answers may not be all that great but at least she answers some of them, unlike some of the other fools that Biden has nominated.

And that means, a high profile liberal lawyer, like Elias, or anyone from the DOJ that enters her courtroom gets what they want.
There are no phone calls, emails, texts to tell her how to decide on a case. It goes to the liberal no matter what the evidence shows. They don’t care, as Kennedy aptly showed, how often they get reversed. As long as they inflict some type of pain and put the Conservative/Republican/Non-Liberal on the defense, that is all that matters.
