Maryellen Noreika Issues New Order (Friday) After ‘Apparent Misrepresentations’ Before Hunter Biden Plea Deal Imploded

Delaware U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika issued an order Friday to prevent “apparent misrepresentations” related to the Hunter Biden case.

Noreika’s order instructs that all issues with the Hunter Biden case be brought directly to her rather than the Clerk’s Office in order to prevent potential “misrepresentations” in the future.

“I have already discussed my concerns about apparent misrepresentations made to a member of this Court’s Clerk’s Office,” the order reads. “In addition to that, in a submission addressing those apparent misrepresentations, counsel for the House Ways and Means Committee needlessly included on the public docket an email from a Clerk’s Office staff member that contained her personal contact information.”

“THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, going forward, any issues or inquiries in the above-captioned cases shall be brought to my attention and not to the Clerk’s Office. Any such issues and inquiries shall be submitted in writing and placed on the docket,” the order concludes.

Prior to Biden’s court appearance, a member of Biden’s legal team allegedly “misrepresented her identity” during a call with the Clerk’s Office about an amicus filing by a Republican lawmaker, causing Noreika to threaten sanctions for Biden’s legal team.

Noreika said Latham & Watkins LLP staffer Jessica Bengals represented herself as someone who worked with Theodore Kittila, the attorney for the House Ways & Means Committee in a call to the Clerk’s Office.

Republican Missouri Rep. Jason Smith, Chairman of the House Ways & Means Committee, issued an amicus brief Tuesday asking the judge to consider testimony from two IRS whistleblowers showing “political interference” in the Hunter Biden investigation.

Why would there be “personal contact info” in the clerks email? Isnt the clerk a public employee?

Legal Experts Point To Another Fishy Aspect Of Hunter Biden’s Proposed Plea Deal..... that the “statement of facts” included in Hunter Biden’s proposed plea deal favored the defense.....since due to the Biden-controlled DOJ terms, it would have immunized Hunter from prosecution for a number of offenses.

The “statement of facts” points out that Hunter Biden “continued to earn money and exercise control over his personal and corporate finances” even during the 2017-2018 period where his substance abuse worsened and he failed to pay taxes.

“Certainly a significant portion of the Statement of Facts is defense-oriented,” attorney Sol Wisenberg tweeted. “This is not normal.”

Lawyer and former federal prosecutor Bill Shipley said on Twitter that he thinks there is “no way the prosecutors wrote the Statement of Facts.”

“That was written by defense counsel (more likely the WH) because there is a purpose behind it, and it’s written in a style that I have NEVER seen come from a prosecutor,” he said. “It is not something I would have ever written in a million years.”

Better believe Joe Biden orchestrated the entire “save my boy” episode.

It’s Shocking the depths to which Joe Biden would stoop to keep Hunter out of the hands of the law.

.......actually impersonating a staff member of Congress to get ahold of the damaging Amicus brief of IRS whistleblower testimony filed by Comer’s people........

That move was so diabolical it HAD to have come out of the gross corrupt mind of Joe Biden himself.

We need to have that further investigated......then throw the bum out of office.

So they’re lying to the clerk. Bad move. This is a strange case in that both sides are likely doing it because the fix is in.

Why are you posting the judge’s information? Are you deliberately trying to tick her off about conservatives?

At least for us peasants it is a crime to lie to a federal agent. Is the judge not a federal agent? Would it not be a crime to lie to the judge?

(Other than, it’s not a crime when they do it.)

There seems to be a problem with noreika’sclerk’s office.

First, the second unnamed clerk removed the amicus brief under a miscommunication. This trial is under the national spotlight and a “mistake” like that could sink a case.

Second, the second clerk remains unnamed. Is he or she being protected? Being fired?

Third, the office accepted a statement generated by its own office in a filing. What is so wrong with this? If it is wrong then why was it accepted by the office? There were extenuating circumstances.

All of these problems happened under the control of the clerk’s office.

Does Hunter have a mole in the clerks office?

Liberals can pretty much do whatever they want. They seem to be immune to any consequences or penalties.

Being a liberal means never having to say you’re sorry.

The captain of the ship is responsible for the actions of the members of the crew under his/her command. This doesn’t inspire much confidence in the judge either.

Noreika is in effect saying that she cannot trust the clerks office.

That is a pathetic reflection of the integrity and competency of the office.

In this case apparently to continue with the analogy, the ship is manned with a crew of pirates not necessarily of the captains choosing.

(I am under the impression that court clerk offices and staff are shared between judges.)

Apparently in view of how this is proceeding, the court clerk phones are not recorded. It would be nice to get more definitiveness on that point, or did the second staffer call bengels on her personal cell phone?? Using a personal cell phone for official court business which compounds a gross error seems like fraud on the court.
