Some of that is because the switchboard also took on the workload for that new dancing school that JR rented the 3rd floor to.

I hate the FR switchboard. The welcoming ad is 15 seconds or so, and you forget half your rant! Yeah and that “Press 1 for English” in the greeting was really annoying. Thank goodness they listened to us and ditched that B.S.
