Since we seem on more friendly terms, what’s your motivation to gatekeep this site so much? Loayalty to JR? Payments? Boredom? Just old fashioned ‘I’ve done this forever and that’s my thing’?
I have always used a pay phone for my posts, I call the FR switchboard or the answering service depending on the time of day or night, and they copy down what I say and enter it as a post.
They could trace the pay phone location to within a few blocks, but they’ll never take my freedom (thank you Mel Gibson).
We figured out early on that packages werenāt closely scrutinized. Iām sure they went through some explosive detection process and maybe some drug sniffing, but booze slipped right on through. Amber stuff went in plastic Arizona iced tea bottles and white liquors (I like my Belvedere) went in the big water bottles. LOL
I found my last PWD. (Oh, I still have a drink or two on occasion; I just donāt post while doing so. Iām usually out somewhere with friends if Iām imbibing.)

You and JR really need to step back, see who is a potential user or investor instead of the old memes to ban, which really has wrecked this place.
It’s brave to admit you posted non-sober. I have and gave you shit before I think, but I don’t think too much.
If FR was a ‘real’ site with message threads I’d think this should be a proper ‘hey, all you old timers and bannee’s’ type reunion, because I imagine there are thousands of people that have been banned or given up due to the strict censorship.
BTW, I always looked up to a few of you from the beginning (Senpai, and I am Kohai).

Ansel12 seems to be some kind of savant on ID’ing me though, cause those were quite awhile ago and very short term.
No one told anybody we would still be here 20-25 years from then. I have read our terms of service and it’s not there.
The only one I remember that made an impact was howlin. That old bitch was something else and then she died in the 2007 or so. Was a huge relief.

Did you catch my post 112 to you where I called you an asshole? I meant it then and now as well as you have proved it again.
Some of that is because the switchboard also took on the workload for that new dancing school that JR rented the 3rd floor to.
I missed that, and thanks. I know being anti-putin and not pro-ukraine, being a bit of pro-destantis.. Voting for Trump TWICE and so on, makes me an asshole.
