Unlike you, I’ve read the indictments, all of them, so I know what I’m talking about.There was at least one witness in the room when Trump was waiving the document around who will testify as to what it was. That witness did not have clearance to see it. The prosecutor has the document in question. It is a map illustrating our plans to invade Iran. THAT is rightfully highly classified. Trump stated at the time that it was classified and that he hadn’t declassified it.
That is a crime punishable by jail time.
Are these prosecutions politically motivated? Absolutely. Witness the fact that Trump is the only one being prosecuted while others have done worse. But that doesn’t excuse Trump’s actions. “What about the other guy” is a spurious argument that I don’t accept.
Wake up, boy, Trump exposed the deep state, then the deep state got him out of office, and since virtually none of his accomplishments were put into law, Biden undid almost everything he accomplished on day one.
Wake up, boy. You say Trump is a fighter, but since 2020 when covid hit, he is a fighter who LOSES. Always. The deep state is having its way with him up one side and down the other, in case you haven’t noticed,and there’s very little he can do about it. Wake up, boy. Trump may win in FL, because even Miami now is red (thanks to DeSantis.) He will be convicted in DC and Fulton Co. Hopefully the Supremes will grant cert for an appeal, if not the deep state will win completely.
As for the first part, the President has declassification authority but he has to actually declassify it, which is an administrative process. The President merely thinking it, or asserting it after the fact, is not enough. The fact that Trump said while he was waiving it around that he had not done so is a big problem. Wake up boy.
What did they threaten the witness with? Because if he was waving it around, she couldn't possibly see what was on it.
But the truth of the matter is, that a president cannot be held liable, period. He can declassify any document, and there is no process he has to follow either.

For a person who was in intelligence work, I must admit I am not impressed with your lack of knowledge that a President can declassify documents, as long as they do not really threaten this nation. He's not like normal citizens.
You really need to wake up to the lawfare that is creating a two-tiered system, in a land that was created on the fundamental foundation based upon law & order.
