Prosecutors in Alabama are considering charging Carlee Russell with two crimes that could land her behind bars for a year if convicted of faking her disappearance when she went missing for two days.
Russell could be charged with falsely reporting an incident and false reporting to law enforcement authorities, Jefferson County Chief Assistant DA Lane Tolbert told ABC News.
The class A misdemeanors are punishable by up to one year in jail, he said.
“We advise what we think the charges should be,” Tolbert told the outlet, adding that any criminal charges would be filed by the circuit clerk of Jefferson County, Bessemer Division’s office.

She should. A lot of resources wasted.
So when is Jussie going back to jail?
Hillary says, “hey!” cackle cackle.
That’s funny. She’s black. She’s not going to prison.
There, fixed it.
Wouldn't be surprised if she turned up in a new commercial...lol
They do a pretend prosecution, to make us think the law is applied equally. But the outcome is determined in advance: a show trial and a show “punishment” which is later overturned and the guilty party is set free after the public has forgotten about it.

so called Race Riot. This is different. Somehow, I don’t think Carlee would inspire the same level of losers and looters that a George Floyd type would. She comes from a very privileged background. She wears only the best hair weaves. Carlee has never been ‘a part of the Struggle’, except for perhaps that struggle of controlling her weight.
Her crime is getting a lot more press than Biden’s....
