Horse pucky and pin feathers. Impeachment is a civil process by congress and his current actions as president are affected by those prior crimes.

Congress can, and shoulud impeach him convict him. He should be removed from office and then the FBI's entire leadership should be decapitated and agents from around the country should be brought in to take over.

Better yet, take the FBI out of Washington all together and spread the rest of the staff around the country. The headquarters should be in Columbia, Missouri or some other place with an affordable lifestyle and the ability to start again free of the communist/socialist/corruption.
