A family member who use to rent apartments ...said they use the excuse to go in apartment because they could see trash laying around and were afraid it was a fire hazard (good one)...they knew there were 2 additional people living there that were not on the lease.
Anyhow, they had their drugs and crack pipes laying out in the open. Then the called the police. Got the whole lot booted out. Although, the police admitted he really didn’t have the authority to do that.
The point is ..druggies leave their stuff laying around ..don’t care if their are kids around.

Look I have no problem with someone who is 80 years old with glaucoma smoking weed to relieve the symptoms. With that said these two don’t look like they are either 80 or have glaucoma.
