Keeping it secret for eighty years and claiming it is “national security” is absurd on its face.

I think that it depends of what we want to see released to the public. For example, letting the public know we have the hydrogen bomb is one thing; yet, providing detailed engineering and manufacturing information is another. Even if ordinary people would not be able produce such a weapon, a state actor could. So, telling the people what they know about ETs and UFOs in general is something we should demand; however, details of derived weapon systems or even ships would need some discretion.

I know folks around here don’t believe me, but that “secrecy” horse, including technical details, left the barn a long time ago.

The Russians have it, the Chinese have it, a bunch of private corporations have it.

The only folks who don’t have it are normal citizens.
