Hi! I still may not be able to keep up. I’m having terrible spinal pain and shoulder pain. I will fix it though. Just to let you know, I’m okay. And no.. at this point I’m not going to the doctor.. yet lol.

The spine does not feel pain - but exiting nerve paths do - epidural, facet blocks, medial branch blocks, foramenal injections - whiskey... 😉
Maybe you better see that doctor... or your bartender. 😂
Sorry to hear this. Had a similar thing several years ago. Turned out to be a bad tooth of all things! Tooth issue started later but the minute it was fixed the shoulder/back pain disappeared. Couldn't believe it! Had another bad tooth (previously root canaled) out today. Slept all day and thus wide awake now. Done with tooth slide.
